*BS Engineering Degree or Similar
*5 Yrs Experience as General Manager
*10 Yrs Experience in the Petroleum Industry
*5 Yrs Experience working with all Plant areas from Production, Sales, Finance, HR, P&L
*Resident of the Area of Monterrey or someone willing to move to Monterrey
*Experience Reporting to a US Corporate Office
*Fully Bilingual
